I’m a music teacher and DJ/KJ of over 20 years. I have plenty of retail and service industry experience, and have worked with the public all of my working life (30 years). College educated, personable, and a quick study. Lover of cannabis.

since 2004, I’ve worked in local music shops as a vocal and strings instructor— currently for Double Bar Music in Westport, since they opened in fall of 2012. I have intermittently run their front desk at the behest of the management, which includes scheduling, payments and retail sales. Since 2005 I have been a local DJ and karaoke host both of private events like weddings, birthdays, etc., as well as working in bars and clubs in the region.

Before that while still in college, I was a server & host at a few different local restaurants, and prior to that, have worked local retail mostly at the North Dartmouth mall, 1996-2001

I am a people person. And nearly every job that I’ve ever held has been working with the public, in various capacities.

I am probably overqualified for this job, but I love to work with people, and I love cannabis, and I love to educate and be educated.

this application is purely to find part-time supplemental work at a local dispensary, because at 45 years of age, I am over the bar scene, and looking to supplement my income with a job that uses my skills in a different way, and for a reason or purpose I can get behind.
