My professional experience is in everything I do; I worked at a place called Atento, I was appointed to be the person to deescalate any and all situations that required a manager. The customers was handed off to me, because I was able to listen to their complaints, give them options, and was able to help them within their choice and my ability.
I have always been good with creative writing; so I am able to write things (without the help of AI), to make things possible.
