I am a recent graduate with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have several years of experience in the behavioral health field in operational roles, 14+ years of experience in customer service, am skilled in managing a high-volume of caseloads, has experience working with highly sensitive patient information with discretion and is proficient in MS Office. Through my work, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to maintain client records with confidentiality.
