I am a software developer from Goochland Virginia that loves God, music, astronomy, and computers! I graduated from the University of Virginia in May of 2023 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Astronomy. I started working at JMA Wireless shortly after graduation on their Platform team. I love being active outside, watching shows and movies, spending time with friends and family, and playing games.

Associate Software Engineer → Intermediate Software Engineer at JMA Wireless (2023-06 – 2026-06)

• Developed and maintained SaltStack automation for the XRAN telecommunications platform, implementing custom runners, modules, states, and engines supporting deployment and lifecycle management of customer-deployed systems.
• Contributed to deployment automation initiatives that reduced XOAS and application node provisioning time from several hours to approximately 20–30 minutes through bootstrap-driven deployment processes.
• Implemented Python backend functionality supporting portal-driven operations including node initialization, registration, software bundle installation, backup, and restore workflows.
• Managed Linux-based platform services including Harbor, Keycloak, CoreDNS, PostgreSQL, Grafana, and Prometheus across CentOS 8 and RHEL 9 environments.
• Served as the primary contributor for Grafana dashboard enhancements, developing monitoring panels and resolving issues related to 4G/5G KPI reporting, platform health, and PostgreSQL observability.
• Implemented PostgreSQL schema migrations using Alembic and supported database administration, troubleshooting, and platform upgrade activities.
• Investigated and resolved platform defects through Python debugging, log analysis, and root-cause investigation across distributed SaltStack automation workflows.
• Contributed to CIS-based security hardening efforts through Ansible automation and platform configuration improvements.
• Reviewed peer code changes, collaborated with QA and engineering teams to resolve platform issues, and authored technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials in Confluence.
