• Finalized financial models for middle market business which would include an analysis of the company's management, its capital structure, its future earnings prospects or the market value of its assets to determine the current worth of a business, using objective measures, and evaluating all aspects of said business, mainly relying on the Discounted Cash Flow method.
• Modeled and valued the securities and intangible assets of public and private corporations, partnership interests for purposes including ASC 718/805/350/360 (purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment) for financial reporting, IRC 409A, OPM Allocations, acquisition/divestiture, tax restructuring, business planning, reorganizations, financing, management planning, stock compensation, and regulatory compliance.
