Pete is an experienced capital markets expert that has primarily focused on investment sales and financings of assets in the New England market. Rogers has more than 18 years of capital markets experience with expertise across all asset types and a focus on life science, office, industrial, and land deals. Rogers has experience across multiple structures including joint ventures and recapitalizations. In addition, Rogers has worked as a commercial real estate lender at multiple banks.
Over his career, Rogers has executed on over $16 billion of commercial property transactions. Pete was previously a Principal at the Steele Group, a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, and a Vice President in the Boston office of Eastdil Secured. He has also held positions in the real estate lending groups at US Bank and Bank Rhode Island. Rogers received his bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
