Quality Control Technician Lead at ASEA (2019-08 – Present)
Preparing all documentation and calibration of scales and instruments in order to commence the production and packaging of scheduled orders in accordance with FDA regulations. Enforcing GMPs and cGMPs on a daily basis to ensure all items packaged and being prepared for shipment meet all specifications and standards.
Quality Assurance Technician I at Thrive Life (2018-06 – 2019-04)
I ensure all items are packaged and produced in accordance with all GMP and and cGMP guidelines while also maintaining a clean environment for the production of USDA items. Daily logging of all paperworks from multiple rooms and departments producing throughout the day and preparing the packets and forms for the next products.
Freeze Dry Operator at Thrive Life (2017-10 – 2017-10)
Position consisted of making sure that both production rooms and rooms for packaging were clean and ready to produce incoming product. Product varied in size and weight from 20 lbs to 50 lbs with about 150 boxes needed for prep at any given time. Produced in rooms with temperatures of at least 34 degrees and lower and more sensitive products produced in the negatives.
Auto Technician at Kirkham Motorsports (2014-06 – 2016-04)
Filed, sanded and polished aluminum car bodies in order to be assembled and shipped out to various clients along with general repairs and maintenance of returning vehicles. Also ensured our garage and materials were always in optimal condition for any and all jobs.
