I have more than 25 years of experience serving in business development capacities for professional services. I manage and implement proposal and capture best practices to change the way my company wins business. Currently, I perform proposal management for Intel Corporation involving the Chips Act contract.
Previously, at AlphaSix, I led and help develop BD and Capture for AlphaSix, a big data analytics company. Previously, I was in the role of Senior Proposal Manager for the Defense Portfolio at Accenture Federal Services for strategic bids. Also, I served as a Federal Proposal Manager for ManpowerGroup Public Sector.
I created account plans for internal stakeholders, formed teaming relationships for external stakeholders and developed capture plans and execute proposals to win new business for IT, language services and staffing opportunities. Served as Senior Proposal Manager for a CMMI Level 5 software development company where I managed a team of writers and coordinators. Conducted workshops and subject matter expert training regarding proposal readiness and effective writing.

Manager for Perot Systems Corporation, I contributed to exceeding the $300 million sales quota for 2007 (commercial sector) by winning key projects through proposal management. One project had a total contract value of $140 million and another for $100 million. For the legal industry, I developed a comprehensive marketing and proposal management process manual for Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
The processes were needed for a 70-person marketing staff to better manage the proposal workload, and to provide a more strategic approach to marketing efforts. I presented the concepts at company-wide meetings and gained support for implementing throughout the firm. My value centers on my exceptional ability to manage complex business development activities including major proposals, marketing strategies, sales management, working with leaders of firms, and mentoring support staff.

My role was to communicate the value of the IT services provided to the client through multiple mediums including quarterly reports, user surveys, and company-wide newsletters and communiqué. I managed service level agreements through department milestones mapped to the Perot Systems' business plan for the client. I also managed complex IT and Business Process Solution proposals for industries including law, manufacturing, and insurance.
I led teams of Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, Finance Managers, and Sales Executives to complete complex proposals with tight deadlines. I incorporated best practices in proposal management including value review team sessions, storyboarding, and red team reviews to deliver exceptional proposals to existing and prospective clients. My competitors were typically IBM, EDS, and Accenture.

I managed both national and international proposals for legal services involving more than 60 practice areas.
