• Civil litigation, domestic/ family law, insurance defense, contract review, personal injury law, business law, wills and estates

• Responsible for research of a variety of document types including financial documentation, statutes, regulations, and case law in order to produce memorandum and draft litigation documents to guide case strategies, supporting settlement negotiations and case outcomes.
