• Experienced in medical office operations, billing ,reception and patient care . I have done a variety of duties in the medical field including the categories listed above and direct patient care as well as experience with lockdown patient units. I enjoy working with people and ensuring that they feel heard respected and understood no matter the circumstances. I am always willing to learn and understand in any situation , going deeper and gathering more information to solve a problem is the great way to improve for as an individual and as a team in order to prevent further loss or complications as well as better advocate for the patients and yourself.
