I'm a Software Development Engineer in Test skilled in automation and manual testing with a track record of improving product quality and reliability through robust testing and execution. I have 3 years of experience as a software engineer at Hitachi Vantara. I ran a SCRUM team of 6 individuals for a year of that and was a product owner with a team of 4 individuals for the last 6 months. I additionally I have experience with customer assistance at both Hitachi Vantara and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as an IT help desk consultant.
I have a B.S. in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a minor is cognitive science. I also have been ISTQB certified as a Foundations level software tester.
