I am a CIB Operations Collateral Client Onboarding Associate at J.P. Morgan, where I manage the end-to-end market account opening process for clients across segregated and documentation markets. I have a bachelor's degree in finance from Oakwood University and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in business management from CUNY School of Professional Studies. My core competencies include analytical skills, communication, and time management.

In my current role, I partner with various teams to manage the pipeline, provide guidance to clients on market entry requirements, and identify and execute process improvements. I also support key process and technology initiatives and leverage various systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Previously, I worked as an analyst at J.P.

Morgan, where I contributed to the Vault Audit project and assisted with information related to transitions going live. I am motivated by delivering excellent service to clients and collaborating with diverse and talented colleagues.
