As I said before I have over 30 years experience, I cook I sauté I bake I fry very very clean in the kitchen. It was everything I do. I have had this passion since I was very, very young for cooking food watching my mom and my father cook for the family. I got my love for baking for my father. I just enjoy what I do.
The only formal training that I’ve had is when I was in the Navy and I went to a school in the military pretty much all my experience came from in the field, watching other experience, chefs learning from them, learning how to deal with other people and just being a part of the team instead of a single person working with other people Especially in the kitchen it should be all about teamwork. I will always jump in and try to help if I have the experience to do so I would love to be considered for the position that I apply for.
