Hi, I’m Catalina! I work in Talent Acquisition and have been working in HR since 2017.

My focus is on strategic hiring, but I’m equally interested in how internal processes, systems, and documentation support efficiency and knowledge sharing. I care about making things work behind the scenes just as much as getting the right people through the door.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders across functions, ensuring hiring decisions and development pathways reflect company culture and future readiness.
• Led in-house trainings to educate stakeholders in best practices during recruitment, as well as unconsious bias topics.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the talent lifecycle while balancing speed, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid global environment and collaborating across offices and time zones.
