Cathy Hubbs

Hi I am 47 years old and I have experience in many different areas. I have always been one to want to learn and do new things. I have leadership and supervisory experience and know that how you guide your employees will depend on how they will perform. I treat others as I would want to be treated. I am well-structured and I am passionate about what I do. I understand work ethics and why they are important. I also understand boundaries and the need to stand in your truth and be authentic.

As management I have experience in healthcare, production, call center, and knowing how to work with others as a team. Data entry is in everything as in this modern world, electronic data is everywhere, I have experience with data entry with almost all of my jobs. Customer service is in everything therefore any job held had some form or other of customer service experience.

The most relevant education is on the job training. I learn the most by learning and then doing. Once I learn something I retain that knowledge.
