Starting as construction project manager, moved into the maintenance and engineering role upon completion of the building. Responsible for all production expansion and capital improvement projects for a regional brewery.
2013-2016- Head Brewer/Director of Operations
Oversaw the construction and operations of two different brewing facilities for a start-up being venture. Responsible for all aspects of facility construction through delivery logistics, and everything in between.
