Cayden Boahene

I am an 11th grader high school student currently attending Democracy Prep Endurance High School in the Bronx in New York City. I am passionate about going to the pediatrics field in the future as I want to take care of children and young adolescents and help them grow, learn, and develop. I have run for Student Body Vice President at my school and have taken on a lot of leadership roles, such as volunteering to become the leader of the Food and Clothing Drive Commitee in which I organize food and clothing drive events to help those in need through the club I have every Monday called Men's Leadership Academy.

I have volunteered a lot of times during the school such as arranging scholar desks, putting up posters in teachers' classrooms, helping people register to vote, helping me achieve the number of volunteer hours I need to graduate high school. This demonstrates my leadership, courage, responsibility skills and also shows my dedication to give back to the community.

I have won several leadership and cultural awards at my school, demonstrating my leadership and responsibility skills. I participated in the SYEP Summer 2024 Program in which I was paid $100 every week.

I am currently in 11th grade in my junior year.
