I am currently a second year nursing student at Samuel Merritt University. I have had a passion of helping people since I was a little girl and am excited to continue growing my skills to provide care from a different approach. I have previously worked in clinics the last 4 years.
I am grateful for the opportunities and unique experiences from each place. I was able to see all aspects of health care from insurances, prior authorizations, etc. I have been from non-profit clinics to private practice in the Bay Area serving people from different backgrounds and cultures.
It is an honor to serve and help people in my community as we try to bridge the gap between low income and health care services. I will like to continue pursuing this as I go along my nursing career.
