As an LL.M. graduate at the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in Law & Technology, I am passionate about the intersection of generative AI, soft IP, and entertainment law. With an LL.B. from Galatasaray University and a license to practice law in Turkey, I bring extensive experience in trademark and copyright law to the table.
My professional journey has been marked by numerous academic and professional achievements. I had the honor of serving as the Europe Subcommittee Chairperson of the INTA Bulletins Subcommittee from 2020 to 2022 and currently contribute to the INTA Internet Committee's Evolving Technologies Subcommittee (2024).
Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to pro-bono efforts. I actively participated in the "Arts and Innovation Representation" project supervised by California Lawyers for the Arts, and work on NIL deals for collegiate athletes. My dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion is reflected in my role as a member of the San Francisco Bar Barristers Diversity & Inclusion Committee, where I helped organize the Diversity Conference 2024.
I am excited to bring my expertise and passion to the evolving landscape of IP law in California. My goal is to make a meaningful impact in this dynamic field, leveraging my diverse background and commitment to justice and innovation.
