Currently, I serve as Director of Special Events for a marine conservation nonprofit, where I plan and execute high-profile fundraisers and community events, manage six-figure budgets, and build relationships with donors and partners. I also own and operate a successful mountain vacation rental brand in Western North Carolina, achieving 97% occupancy, a 4.9/5 guest rating, and over $150,000 in annual revenue while overseeing all operations, marketing, and guest experience. Previously, I owned and led a high-performing real estate brokerage on Florida’s Gulf Coast, managing 40+ agents and supporting an average annual sales volume of $350M+.
