Chantell Poole

I am a board-certified chaplain with experience in trauma, hospice, grief, and bereavement. I have a passion for supporting people in their darkest hours. My skills as a chaplain are to provide holistic and compassionate care, addressing the spiritual, emotional, and psychological needs of those they serve, and offered in empathy and compassion, active listening, emotional resilience, cultural sensitivity, effective communication, spiritual presence, ethical practices, and crisis intervention.

Professional experiences in the healthcare field as a medical assistant, HR assistant, workers' compensation assistant, and for the past 15 years as chaplain and spiritual care coordinator.

I hold a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University; I have completed Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Albert Einstein Medical Center and am a board-certified chaplain (APC) with training as an end-of-life doula.
