I'm 32 been painring since I was 17 at end of a job I like look back and say I did that with pride people don't have that anymore they won't rush and be sloppy u can't give up quality for time you have good work at good speed n have pride in ur work .

When I get on new job I like to check all my walls n ceiling for holes nail pops and do all my mudding\ sparkling then I caulk everything needs caulking while mud drying then I cut in and roll all ceiling then I start my coat on all my trim cuz usually take two on trim. Then I do my wall are fast and easy .don't have to do in that order that just fastest way for me but I can do any way boss wonts it done .Then I do quick walk through his make sure everything done and ready to go to next place I don't like touch up . if job done right from start then their won't be touch up. I do quality work at pretty fast speed without giving up any quality for speed start to finish I like look back at job and say yep I did that and make feel good to see finished product with happy customers.

No high school I quit school and started painting easy if I know how
