I am a customer facing and virtual professional with relationship building experience; as an insurance agent, loan servicing specialist, debt collector of high limit accounts, travel accounts for timeshare, and more. In all of those positions from bankruptcy and foreclosures to debt collection & travel.
I have managed files from start to end; connecting with all parties involved including clients, attorneys, police departments, appraisers, and more to move the process along and bring a resolution to our customers to the best of my ability. I am currently looking for growth opportunities to help develop myself into an emerging leader and transition into the tech industry and am very interested in this role.
I am a very tech savvy, fast learning woman; who has experience in many different fields. I started my corporate career at the age of 16, and have been in many different positions through the years. However I have a love for tech; rather it's web/graphic design, and coding or cyber security or tech support.
A military brat, who start grade school in Europe (Germany to be specific); with a lot of experience with different cultures, races, nationalities, & languages. I love to travel, experiencing & learning new things.
Self starting, & highly motivated in every thing I do. The highlights of my years working, was always being #1 in my sales no matter the position. As well as being a leader, and teacher amongst my many different training classes & teams on the floor.
I bring an upbeat, bright, let's do this energy; with the results to match. No matter what it may be, I retain information and learn things extremely well. I'm a people person, who prefers cyber support & sales; but excels in front facing and phone sales as well. I know I will exceed expectations, and look forward to bringing my vast knowledge to the company.
