Mechanical Sales Inc, (Seattle,WA) - Marketing Coordinator 2022-2025

• Modernized logo and branding for MSI to meet modern HVAC business model, and representation (logos,colors,tone). Brand guidelines assistance to MSI Panel shop. Provided Controls Engineer resources and assistance to ensure HMI, PLC, SCADA, and other custom controls applications reflected guidelines. 
• Developed digital and physical content for HVAC products, system designs, industry trends with international manufacturers (Over 60+). Marketing Collateral ranged from flyers, brochures, and novelty items. Target audience was Mechanical Engineers, Architects, Mechanical Contractors, and their end users.
• Event coordination through a variety of styles both fun and education. From Lunch & Learn presentations, golf tournaments, and webinars. These opportunities were prioritized by what events, conferences, and manufacturer support was received. 
• Managed a HVAC Incentive Program budget designed for High Efficiency equipment related to WA state Energy Code ($50,000 budget). Funding was used to run digital campaign, video series (Release date TBD), and fund event opportunities related to incentive program. 
•  Business Development through identifying networking opportunities, industry events, and to support and engage in HVAC customers. MSI offices supported throughout the Pacific Northwest include Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, Portland, OR, & Anchorage, AK

• Developed custom content and Management of Social Media Channels for over two dozen Mortage Lenders.
• Assisted with application process with ML on acquiring deliverables such as documents, mailers, and application completion.
• Events support and coordination for each Lender as it related to their business strategy, and personality. From cocktail events on Mortage Lending trends, and Open Houses.
