My name is Christianna Ferrari and I am a marketing specialist based in Beverly Hills, CA. I graduated from Pepperdine university in 2023 with a B.A. in Psychology, with a focus in marketing and consumer behavior. I also continued my education by taking applied consumer psychology courses at USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences, but did not pursue a second degree.
I have spent the past year as the marketing manager for a company in Beverly Hills specializing in the management of high-profile intellectual property management. In this role I have not only been responsible for all marketing related tasks, developing marketing plans, and creating partnerships with brands, but I have also been an unofficial executive assistant with daily experience in organizational tasks. As marketing manager, I have also had the opportunity to interview, hire, train, and work closely with 3 cohorts of interns (Summer 2024, Fall 2024, Winter/Spring 2025).
I love being able to utilize my charismatic, sociable personality and natural leadership skills to work with student who are learning about the marketing industry. I am drawn to the music and entertainment industries, due to my natural affinity for music and passion for blending work with creativity. I am looking for an opportunity to bring my skills and experience in marketing, communications, and team management into a role within the entertainment industry.
I currently serve as a Marketing Team Manager at CMG Worldwide, having transitioned from a Partnership Development Associate in February 2024. In this role, I track and analyze client audiences and consumer behavior, using insights to shape digital marketing campaigns. I work closely with my team and interns to develop innovative growth strategies and ensure campaign success, including creating performance reports to refine future strategies and budgets.
Additionally, I manage social media accounts with over 450k followers, contribute to website design and development, and maintain communication with high-profile clients. Prior to this, I was a Marketing and PR Intern at Brown + Dutch PR, where I developed marketing materials, conducted outreach to influencers, celebrities, and journalists, and managed contact lists. My earlier experience also includes a marketing internship at Prime Social Group, where I assisted in ideating social media strategies and content creation for Breakaway and “Life Backstage.”
