Clinical and Supervised Visitation Manager/Mental Health Provider at Clover Family Services (2024-04 – 2026-01)

- Managed the supervised visitation program by creating a training and training staff. Networked with lawyers and court system, took referrals, provided intakes, and supervised visitations.
- Managed the mental health department by conducting 1:1's with other providers to help provide support and feedback.
- As a mental health provider I took on referrals from Inclusa, Rock County, outpatient, and other agencies. I provided assessments and intakes as well as held one time a week group therapy for the adult day program and used art/crafts to help in talking about emotions and feelings. I saw individuals for therapy as well as saw a father/daughter in building a relationship. The age range I provided therapy for was 5 years old on up. I used a variety of approaches such as trauma informed, CBT, and motivational interviewing. I also provided sand therapy. Telehealth is also something that was conducted.
- I provided screens for referrals from Rock County CLTS/CCS program to see if families qualified for some of the services at Clover.
- Attend twice a month supervision for CCS and outpatient mental health and once a week there was a community mental health meeting.
- Worked with a software system to do case notes, assessments, and scheduling. I would cover the front desk when nobody else was able to as well.
- Held a support group once a month for families/caregivers of the neurodiverse population.
Mental Health Provider at Holistic Counseling Services (2023-03 – Present)
- Provide individual therapy for ages 5 and up. I do some community based therapy by going to where the client is residing and provide therapy. Approaches used CBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, sand therapy, and a mix of others.
- Use a software system to implement case notes, accept out of pocket payments, and scheduling.
Co-Owner/Mental Health provider at Vitality (2020-08 – 2022-11)
- Networked to get the word out there about the business. Would attend community board meetings of various organizations and collaborate with other organizations.
- Hire and fire staff. Conducted various trainings along with creating trainings. Make sure I am available for staff.
- Would have to handle crises both with staff, clients, family and business.
- Develop documents for audits and making sure in compliance.
- Managed bills such as utilities.
- Build out for office space by putting up walls, painting, putting in doors and some other cosmetic building projects.
