I have been in the Mortgage industry for more than 30 years. I have experience in both Wholesale and Retail Operations. I am proficient in Conventional conforming & non-conforming, FHA, JUMBO non-agency, CalHFA and City Second programs.

I am a common-sense Underwriter and flexible when working with sales to restructure a loan to make it work. Because of my extensive experience, I know when we can make a stretch without affecting the integrity of the loan. I underwrite with the Philosophy that every loan matters.

I have always worked in a fast paced environment with customer service being the number one focus. I have a strong attention to detail and ability to multi task. I feel I am able to thrive is stressful situation and maintain a calm attitude.

I take pride in my ability to accurately review all documents for accuracy with minimal re-purchases from agency and investors. Primarily underwriting and decisioning Jumbo loans under Non-Agency Jumbo product guidelines. Assisted the Origination/Sales Team in structuring their loans which resulted in higher percentage of closings for the branch.

• Manually Underwriting loans by analyzing Credit, Income and assets. 
• Proficient with complicated self-employed income calculations and guidelines.

• Served on a specialty team of underwriters for low FICO and manual underwrites for FHA loans successfully closing a volume of 30-50+ loans a month.

Managed a processing staff of 15+ managing pipeline, mentoring sales staff to maintain monthly Goals and teaming up with funding staff to make sure loans are closed on time.
