Chief Engineer responsible for acting as the project Program Manager during periods of absence/ unavailability and providing technical management of a project portfolio and resources to meet the technical and quality requirements of the defined tasks and deliverables. My responsible for supervising all the Developers, Tester, and Analyst, and totally responsible for the development a team of a dedicated team that creates the product Change concept, develop the business case, leads the technical design of the product, manages the development process, coordinates with Client Engineering Management, Cyber Security Teams.
Twenty years of experience in Program / Project Management (PM), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Process Architecture (BPA), Business Change Management (BCM), Business Process Modeling (BPM), Financial, Business Development, Continuous Improvement, and Risk Management. Highly skilled Leader with teambuilding skills that bridge across functional areas with hands-on analytics experience and is flexible and focused on driving drive alignment with strategic business objectives between executive management, teams, customers, and partners. Vast experience managing numerous projects in parallel using methodologies such as the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Waterfall, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma to meet aggressive goals and defined criteria.
Experience Program leader who managed program budgets of $50M plus per year and large teams of 65+ people. Highly experienced as a Project Manager managing cross-geographical Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Software Development, Application, B.I. Data Management project team.
Waterfall, Rational Unified Process (RUP), and Agile Framework in Software Development Lifecycle. Vast knowledge of developing project plans for the United States Department of Defense (DOD), Federal Agencies, and Private Organizations including establishing tools for monitoring integrated project elements, product configuration, and communications concerning change management processes and decisions—eight years of working knowledge managing Agile projects.
