Married with four children. Own a home in Council Bluffs, Iowa. I have been cooking for approx. 50+ years. I have worked at high end restaurants, retirement homes and scratch cooking restaurant. I am an experienced Chef and have held several kitchen management positions. I would be happy to demonstrate my cooking skills as apart of my application.

Egg pan Omlets. Soups, sauces and gravies from scratch. Can cook from scratch or pre packaged foods. Specialty meals according to diet restrictions and banquets.

14 years of combined schooling. Surf Safe certification, but will need to renew if required. Trained and worked with various professional Chefs.
