My name is Coleman Cordova.

I have approximately 6 + years of property management experience, to include roles a Resident Manager, Apartment Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Technician. Prior to beginning my career in property management, I served in the Marine Corps Reserves and worked in various trades such as painting, plumbing, fire suppression, and welding.

I feel fortunate to have worked in several different areas or property management / maintenance and within several trades, as all of the acquired experience has contributed to my success as a Property Manager
