I have been working for the last 5 years on Littoral Combat Ships for the United States Department of Defense sub contractor for boith Seaward Services and Naval Engineering Technology. I was in charge of providing corrective/preventive maintenance on MTU 8000 series, MTU 396 driven Kato Gensets, Thrust master HPM, GE LM2500 gas turbines, TEBEC, Reverse Osmosis Systems, L3 Automation and controls, WARTSILA steering systems, and various reduction gears and Lifeboat launching systems.
I have received education and certificates for QMED Oiler, PSC and STCW (BST, CPR First Aid, PSSR, Basic Fire) at Sea School in Bayou La Batre, Alabama. I have also received education and certificate for RFPEW at Maritime Institute in San Diego.
