• Built the finance function from the ground up and served as the senior finance partner to the COO, CEO, and owner, owning month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, short-term cash forecasting, and executive management reporting.
• Redesigned the Intuit accounting structure to mirror business operations, aligning the chart of accounts, departments, service lines, revenue, direct costs, and operating expenses to improve management visibility and support future multi-site scale.
• Built the monthly reporting package from scratch, combining KPIs, budget-to-actual variance analysis, cash flow visibility, margin, visit volume, payer performance, staffing cost, revenue-cycle timing, and management commentary.
• Designed automated BI and KPI dashboards and workflows for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, linking accounting data, FP&A schedules, and Power BI into repeatable executive reporting.
• Established the accounting and FP&A foundation for future multi-site growth as quarterly billings scaled from a few thousand dollars to more than $4M.
