i have extensive background in property maintenance, working for an organization that contracted with HOA's or UOA's for on-site maintenance of their locations. I have worked with outside vendors for landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and flood remediation when the the scope was too large to handle in house.
Building Engineer for 8 Years -@Jenkins Row Condominiums on Capitol Hill. Performed general maintenance on the building, scheduled safety inspections on elevators, fire panel and sprinkler systems. Painted, changed lights to LED, worked with the porters to maintain the areas that needed cleaning, made necessary repairs to damaged walls, doors, locks etc.
Performed PM maintenance on the HVAC systems. Changed out batteries in water submeters in owners units. Contacted outside vendors when plumbing issues or flooding occurred. Maintained the outside courtyards by painting the furniture and cleaning and painting the water features.
Resolved maintenance issues when residents contacted management about specific problems or complaints.
HS Diploma and completed 1 year of college at University of New Mexico.
