For Nokia, led a team of engineers in data analytics for 5G-NR, 4G-LTE, VoLTE, & 3G-UMTS software platforms based on the 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) network standards; validated and optimized indoor coverage from site surveys; liaison between internal software development/lab testing and external wireless service operators (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Bell Canada and others); analyzed metrics for network availability, accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and capacity to provide solutions for air interface interference anomalies;
experience with Radio Access Network (RAN) and cloud-based feature deployment.
