Corrine Johnson

I was born and raised in Upper Darby, pa. I always start with this because this is the place that molded a big part of who I am today. Coming from such a diverse area, I was able to experience and appreciate peoples' cultures and differences.

I feel this made me into a more understanding and welcoming person, who is Intriged by all of our differences, using that to be patient with people around me. I come from a blended family with a total of 13 siblings, I am the third oldest on my mother's side and the oldest on my dads side. Of course with this Dynamic, I have developed a nurturing and attentive personality that is one of my favorite parts of myself.

I love to cook, I would consider myself a home chef, always hosting dinners and get togethers with friends and family. I'm passionate about music, I come from a very creative and musical family. so some would say it came naturally to me. I sing, song-write and perform in my free time.

I think it speaks to my personality that I've been able to be committed to something that hasn't given back anything tangible so to speak. I wanted to overcome the need for instant gratification, so when I put out music I do it because I love to and I told myself I would, not because I need to see an immediate return. From this I've learned that confidence comes from proving that you can trust your own self to accomplish your goals and what you set out to do.

Also, we should all try do make careers out of what we find passion or purpose in. I've worked office jobs, had leadership positions, I've worked in the retail, sales and the medical field being a lower level employee. I appreciate every role I've taken on because I've learned skills that are necessary in many positions such as communication, problem solving, collaboration, data entry, attention to detail, goal setting and many more.

Currently I would for Defenit cares LLC, a philadelphia based sales company. I am the Inventory Manager. It is my job to keep a log and data on the inventory each team/agent has in their possession, Notify my supervisors when devices are in danger of chargebacks as this is a risk for the finances of the company.

I am the first point of contact between the agents and the owners of the company for all issues inventory related, sending out updates and communications regarding Inventory that we may receive from our vendors. I also accept and submit incoming inventory orders from our teams across the country.

My most relevant education is my High School Diploma, I have also Obtained my Property and casualty License at the time I worked in Insurance.
