I’ve been an industrial commercial broker for the past several years and currently looking for a position with a more positive push on investments on the principal side.
Throughout my brokerage career, I built my business from scratch cold calling and networking with private industrial investors nationwide. Some of my large projects include a $27M 5-unit Foundation Building Materials portfolio in Florida, a $6.75M 2-unit H&E Equipment rental portfolio in Virginia, and a $10M Holiday Inn in Kansas (where we sold the business and the real estate).
I have learned to speak and negotiate with buyers and sellers from all different success levels, negotiate on both sides to make sure everyone goes home happy, and been an overall problem solver throughout any due diligence or escrow process.
I've acquired many different skill from working in so many different industries. Looking for my next place to really set my roots in.
