Responsible for the administration and oversight of ad-hoc projects and other initiatives at the direction of the Chief Medical Officer.

Vice President, Patient Safety & Health System Integration - Colorado Hospital Association

Coordinated and/or managed the Association's numerous health care reform activities including oversight of ACA's implementation timeframes; preparation of hospitals for numerous reporting requirements; review of national and state pilot projects specific to delivery system redesign and payment reform; and examination and translation of various health care policies that impact hospitals. Oversaw the hospital preparedness and implementation of various legislative and regulatory requirements that directly impact Colorado hospitals.

• Creating draft policies, assembling tool kits, compiling resources and providing broad and individualized education as it relates to mandatory influenza vaccination of health care workers
