I am Crystal Miller I am 48 years old I have a 15-year-old son that is autistic so that's basically why I got into the healthcare business because he wore pull ups up until he was 11 years old because he would not go to the bathroom he would go to the bathroom to urinate but not do the other so I would have to change him and clean him up so basically that's a lot of reason why I got into healthcare Plus I have a passion for helping people and I love helping the elderly that is a passion of mine it's always been in my heart because when I was growing up my mom was a registered nurse my whole life. I live in Lenoir North Carolina I have lived here all my life I have my own home I do have transportation and I am looking for the right job

I have being in the healthcare field for almost 10 years now. I have been with mobile patients, I have been with bed bound patients so I have the ability to give a regular shower too a patient that is mobile and I have the ability to give a bed bound patient a bed bath if needed. I am familiar with a gait belt, hoyer lift and a sit to stand.. I have experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patients I've also been with patients that are aggressive so I know how to deal with that situation also

I have my GED. I have a certificate for bloodborne pathogens. And I have also took a training class with a agency I used to work for to show everyone how to treat a bed bound patient and also a patient that is mobile and a person in a wheelchair
