I have over 25 years in Contact Center expertise. I have held positions on both the vendor and customer side. I worked for Davox\Concerto\Aspect for 7 years. Ive worked in loan servicing, insurance and medical field contact centers. Ive managed teams as large as 8 people responsible for day to day administration, reporting and system maintenance.
Over my 25 + years of IT experience I have worked at most levels from programmer/dev to manager. Ive been involved with over 75 implementations, upgrades, migrations and new builds. Ive managed teams of administrators and worked solo performing daily administration. Ive negotiated service contracts and support service levels. I have worked with Aspect, Genesys, Five9 and Nice CXOne contact center solutions.
