Responsible for general office duties such as serve as a first point of contact for families when they arrive at the office, manage multi-line phones and direct calls accordingly, manage the office schedule using Microsoft Outlook, maintaining office supply inventory, mailing or shipping via UPS and USPS, etc. Resolve account issues or process payments. Order, construct, securely store and distribute Pre-Need Contract folders, perform date entry for new contracts.
Lead a team of eight Office Coordinators and serve as a point of contact between the location and the System Operation Specialist. Provide training to new Office Coordinators either in person or via WebEx. Learn rules and regulations for other states to effectively assist in coverage, including but not limited to customer service calls and contract processing, while their Office Coordinator is out.
Overlook file maintenance for own office, as well as ensure other offices follow company and state guidelines, including SOX compliance.
Specialist with conducting SOX audits, in person or remote.
General education courses taken at Wilbur Wright College.
