Having studied in the best institutes across the world, I feel the need to expose myself to research in the United States, the vanguard of Software Engineering. I have that passion that whatever knowledge I have gained in past, I should carry forward it to others so that even they can get the best out of it. I have strong communication skills and I can connect with people and relate to them as well. Over the past few years, my belief in the path I have chosen, has been reiterated time and again. I wish to leverage my current skills and abilities to augment my understanding to people so that it helps them as well as it has helped me during my past years. As a student I have been extensively involved in my school community, which has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills. My involvement in various events, including drama eisteddfods and sports carnivals, has allowed me to work closely with my peers while supporting the school community as a whole. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong time management and organizational skills, which I see as being very important when seeking to work in casual employment while continuing to study. My approach is drawn from learner- centered pedagogy, utilizing educational research and evidence – based learning practices. I am also proactive about building strong collaborative relationships with activity providers around the university in order to leverage their expertise and services. I thrive in high pressure and fast paced situations, striving for positive results by applying my event planning abilities. Further, I possess expertise in acumen for maximizing performance and inspiring colleagues. I am able to visualize success and identify unconventional yet highly effective strategies for achieving it. I have skillfully balanced organizational objectives and productive relationships, strategizing and recommending ways in which to achieve and maintain a competitive business edge. My management and decision-making talents have supported my educational and professional growth.
