Responsibilities include the development of new business through leadership of sales and engineering staff. Provide leadership and resources for the successful operation of each facility. Prepare both Capex and profit planning for each facility.
Assist in HR decisions and guidelines related to staffing. Led engineering best practices with the focus on lean manufacturing. Development of work instructions, BOM’s, CAD review, and lead DFM activities related to new and existing business.
Completion of assigned projects from VP and/or CEO. Frequent interface with customers related to project improvement, quality, delivery and supplier issues. Responsible for development of new personnel to meet new and anticipated challenges.
