I Worked at Cafe TuTu Tango for 3 years located on International Drive in Orlando where I started out as a busser and after 4 months I got promoted to server, while working there I worked on Banquet Party's and Buy Outs, my last month working there I had the Highest PPA. I started my restaurant career back of house when I was 14 years old, I moved my way up from gardemanger to saute and saute to wood fired grill at Hoxbill restaurant. I was also a line cook at Fresh&Co restaurant in Camden Maine. Iv work as a dietary aid at Bella Point Maine a position that is required to create food specified for each residents dietary needs. aswell bartened and served for American Cruise Lines on The American Star in the eastcoast and American Heritage Boat on the Mississippi River.
