In my current role as a Program Manager at Rutgers I am continuing to grow in my field by taking on more responsibility and guiding my team to execute major research related tasks. I am now supervising the work of multiple junior team members facilitating research protocols and assisting in performance reviews. I am excited to use my experience in public health and epidemiology to support research facilitated by leading health organizations.
