I am currently pursuing my degree in Construction Management and I just finished a BIM class and received an A+. I fell in love with BIM. I learned the program Revit and NavisWorks and I would like to put myself out there and see the opportunities available.
I began my career in the industry in 2013 as a P&ID drafter. From there I started working in Document Control and unto a piping designer with some knowledge in I&E. Later, I took my drafting experience and used it to become a machinist. I then moved into a vibration analyst role. I then went to a machine shop where I was able to use my precision measurement skills in reverse engineering. I received my first project management job and decided that I would like to pursue a career in that field. I began schooling in Construction Management at LSU in January 2023.
I currently have 36 course hours taken in Construction Management with BIM being my last completed course.
