Dargan Mould

Hi! I’m Dargan — a Wilmington local, nursing student, and someone who genuinely loves taking care of people (and a really good cup of coffee). I’ve always appreciated how coffee brings people together, whether it’s a quick morning stop or a slow conversation over a latte.

I have several years of experience in hospitality and service, including working in high-end restaurants where attention to detail and guest experience are essential. While at Colletta Italian Restaurant, I regularly worked with an espresso machine, preparing espresso-based drinks in a fast-paced environment and developing a deeper appreciation for quality coffee and consistency. Across all my roles, I’ve learned the value of teamwork, efficiency, and creating welcoming spaces.

I’m dependable, friendly, and excited to bring my strong work ethic, positive energy, and love for coffee into a café environment where community and connection are at the heart of the experience.

I bring several years of experience in hospitality and service-oriented roles, including fine dining, catering, customer-facing cleaning services, and team leadership. My background includes providing high-quality guest experiences in fast-paced, high-end environments, working with espresso machines and beverage service, and maintaining organized, welcoming spaces. I am known for my reliability, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UNC Wilmington, further strengthening my commitment to care, professionalism, and service.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with an expected graduation in December 2026. My education emphasizes communication, responsibility, and attention to detail in high-pressure environments. I also hold certifications in CPR, AED, and Lifeguarding, along with hospitality-focused credentials including the Certified Guest Professional designation and the North Carolina Community Impact Award.
