David Elmasian

I have owned and operated an IT services business for the last 25 years. I started my career in my family's real estate business, but I discovered my passion for technology and team building. After several years of corporate IT support and advancement, I started my own IT company.

I have experience in sales and marketing, recruitment, financial analysis and working with thousands of clients and vendors. What gives me the most gratification is mentoring many team members over the years and at this stage of my career, this is what motivates me. Im fortunate that my existing business has been successful, and continues to be successful because of the great team that we have and that it doesn't require me to be involved in the day to day operations to continue.

Over the years we have grown through several acquisitions and currently one of my sons has taken over the role I held.

Although I have a degree in Accounting and Business Management, my experience as a small business owner has provided me with a solid education on what it takes to plan, start and grow a small business.
