Honesty is always the best policy. I retired younger than most, and after 2.5 years of being even more active personally than when I was working in IT support (Client Services), I am looking to get back to work in a collaborative and impactful environment.

I was a leader in large enterprise project implementations for PC break-fix, build/deploy, and extensive security and surveillance system's installation, configuration, and support.

My personal philosophy is to be always present and engaged knowing that while there are many on a team, there isn't an individual who will outwork me.

I am a hands-on learner and leader with extensive experience in IT support as well as customer service and insurance from 1990 until 2023. My strongest suit is my ability to work collaboratively to bring together complex pieces of a project into an efficient and well running process. As opposed to a project manager I am a project implementer; we meet to determine the plan and then run with the subject matter experts to do what we're there for: conclude and implement properly within the plan guidelines and then move onto the next project.
