• Led the enhancement of the appointment duration prediction model and scheduling availability system, which lead to a growth in monthly revenue by $20K.
• Managed various mobile & web products from conception to delivery, including the warehouse management system, appointment routing system, and driver app, which enabled the company to scale to process hundreds of appointments per day and reduce our subscription payment defect rate to <1%.
• Led a team of 6 full-time engineers and 4 contractors, and formed strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Developed data visualizations and analytic displays using Looker & LookML to maintain high day-to-day operating quality & determine long-term product strategy.
• Built quarterly roadmaps that track towards the company-wide OKRs. Developed KPI metric dashboards using Looker & SQL to track towards quarterly business objectives. Presented results at company-wide All Hands meetings.
• Responsible for leading all agile rituals including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, story generation, task breakdown, and retrospectives.

• Prepared Model 3 interior prototype for weekly executive design reviews. Made updates to represent the Model 3 interior through multiple design iterations, from the initial concept to released design.
• Collaborated with studio design and engineering teams to develop interior components for the Model S, Model X, and Model 3.
