David Libertella

I am a third year lawyer who has extensive experience in insurance defense matters and criminal defense matters. I am well versed in the Code of Civil Procedure, particularly as it pertains to discovery matters. I have drafted numerous motions, including demurrers, motions to strike, motions for summary judgment, motions to quash, motions to suppress, and motions to dismiss in federal court.

I also have handled, but is not limited to, many general liability, premises liability, personal injury, breach of contract, fraud, and construction defect matters.
